Off-duty City of Sunrise Police Officers may be available for private employment. Officers providing off-duty services are required to observe the Department's normal standards of conduct, rules, regulations, policies and procedures during such details, and must not be restricted from discharging their primary law enforcement responsibilities of preventing and detecting crime.

* The holiday rate will be assessed on the following days: Saint Patrick's Day; Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day After Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
